The “France Services” house in Boulogne, like other structures, provides multi-disciplinary assistance essential to the daily life of the local population. The public had the opportunity to better know the agents, local and national partners, and the missions of these houses dedicated to local public services during the France Services Days.
On this occasion, the elected representatives of the Community of Communes Cœur et Coteaux du Comminges (5C) invited the town hall secretaries of the Isle-en-Dodon and Boulogne-sur-Gesse sectors to participate in round tables to talk about their structure, the role of advisors and partner offices.
These meetings brought together 4 intercommunal town hall secretaries and 1 General Director of Services, representing a total of 47 municipalities, in the presence of Gilles Pellegrin, sub-prefect of Saint-Gaudens and France Services referent for Haute-Garonne. He was accompanied by Delphine Legrand, departmental coordinator of the France services network.
After the presentation of the national France Services system, Gilles Pellegrin spoke with the town hall secretaries and advisors present on support and guidance for users.
Remember that since 2020, France Services houses have been created to network the territory and make public services more accessible. More than 7 out of 10 users benefit from individual support for administrative procedures.
