À Table Aveyron opened its doors in April 2023 in front of the Saint-Amans church. Stéphanie Souiry has moved her store to Place du Bourg.
Stéphanie Souiry had wanted it for a long time and when the opportunity presented itself she did not hesitate. She has set up her shop on Place du Bourg, to be closer to the future halls, where she will also have a stand. “This place is a super nice gourmet square” smiles the one who, in her shop offers a whole range of regional products guided by two key words: quality and authenticity.
“Local and branded” products
Its move from Place de la Madeleine, where it opened a year and a half ago, to Place du Bourg, also coincides with a desire to develop its range of offerings. “By looking everywhere in France for these local products and brands”, explains Stéphanie Souiry. Which will also offer tastings in its new store.
Suffice to say that since she launched into this business “on a whim” as she says, Stéphanie Souiry absolutely does not regret her choice! “And we can clearly see that Rodez is taking on a new dimension, attracting new people” she relates. A notable development for “A Table Aveyron” which continues its beautiful evolution.
