Sunday June 9 will take place the eleventh edition of the Marathon du Der. An event that many runners await. Presentation.
Organized by the CapDer association, this 42.195 km competition recognized by runners will be held on June 9. More than 1,250 runners are expected. This eleventh edition will start at 7:25 a.m. for the disabled race then at 7:30 a.m. for the solo race and finally at 7:45 a.m. for the duo and quartet races from avenue Belle-Forêt-sur-Marne in Saint-Dizier to reach the port of Giffaumont-Champaubert, at Lac du Der, via the dikes of the intake canal.
“Our marathon has everything of a great one”
For the duo marathons, the torchbearers will complete a half-marathon of 21.1 km each. In a quartet, three torchbearers will cover a distance of 10 km and the last 12.195 km. As in previous editions, the Handisport and Business challenges will make the race accessible to everyone. The Company challenge offers companies the opportunity to field six runners.
