The international Bulldozer group is setting up in France and will open its first establishment in September, in Paris, in the heart of the golden triangle. Suelo, a Mediterranean universe focused on atmosphere, conviviality, sharing, all marked by the desire to highlight exceptional products both on the plates and in the glasses. The positions are to be filled immediately. In the kitchen we are looking for m/f: – head chef (at least 2 years of experience in the same position in high-end establishments, very good level of English, knowledge of Spanish gastronomy) – pastry sous chef (at least 2 years of experience in high-end establishments) – party chefs (at least 2 years of experience in high-end establishments) – kitchen assistant (at least 1 year of internship or work-study experience in a high-end establishment of range). For the room we are looking for m/f: – head sommelier (minimum 2 years of experience as assistant head sommelier/sommelier in an establishment of the same type) – floor manager (minimum 2 years of experience in an establishment of the same type type), – waiter (minimum 2 years of experience in an establishment of the same type), – bartender (minimum 2 years of experience in an establishment of the same type) – room attendant/runner (at least 1 year of experience in an internship or work-study program in a high-end establishment).
