Géocœur, the connected box designed to save lives continues its rise. The Moselle invention, winner of the President's Prize in the Lépine 2022 competition, was at the Élysée on October 26 and 27 among the 122 products highlighted during the fourth edition of the Great Exhibition of Made in France.
At the same time, Frédéric Leybold was once again distinguished with the Big Green Innovation Prize in Deauville, awarded unanimously by the members of the jury. The event highlights solution projects in corporate social responsibilities (CSR) and quality of life at work (QVCT).
As a reminder, initially imagined by the association of first responders, the Géocœur device is now produced by the company Hekatech which was created in September 2022 and set up near Hettange-Grande. Indeed, following the competition, Frédéric Leybold planned on the next steps and to manufacture and market his product, he needed to set up a company. Something he did before surrounding himself with a solid team. Now more than 180 Géocœur boxes are installed in Moselle and elsewhere.
