A new culinary address in Jouy-le-Moutier. Hervé Florczak, the mayor (dvg) of Jouy-le-Moutier (Val-d'Oise) and Guermia Aphayavong, municipal councilor responsible for commercial events, recently inaugurated the new restaurant Le Ciel d'Istanbul, located along boulevard d'Écancourt.
Holder of a professional baccalaureate in commerce and from a family of restaurateurs, the manager, Deniz, opened his first restaurant at just 24 years old and he chose Jouy-le-Moutier: “I cross the town to get to my home . The location immediately interested me,” he confides. And added: “Opening a restaurant involves a lot of pressure and a lot of effort. I took advantage of my family's advice to get started. She accompanied me and helped me a lot. Today we offer a beautiful menu with good products. »
The new Jocassian table offers all the fast food classics: sandwiches and burgers but also more elaborate menus with plates of grilled meats accompanied by fries, raw vegetables and drinks.
