A 49-year-old hunter was found dead on Sunday November 3 in Coly-Saint-Amand, in Dordogne, indicates Bleu Périgord. The victim had participated in a hunt with one of the village's hunting companies. During this hunt, a shot rang out. The hunter was found with a gunshot wound to the abdomen. Despite attempts by his companions and emergency services to resuscitate him, the man died on the spot. An investigation into the causes of death has been opened.
