Thanks to “calm and dry anticyclonic conditions”, it is calm and gentle weather which awaits the Vendée department this week, according to forecasts from Climat Vendée.

Unfortunately, “this does not necessarily translate into sunny weather since the high pressures lots of humidity in the lower layers.«

According to Climat Vendée,

“This results rather in low clouds, even fog, omnipresent in the morning between this Monday and at least Thursday. »

It is the South Vendée which could be more spoiled by the clearings in the afternoon. The north should remain under a very compact cloud cover.

Sweetness

Temperatures remain mild for the season despite the clouds:

“Rather between 13 and 15°C under low clouds and 16 to 19°C under the sun. »

Friday could be a more pleasant day for everyone thanks to the direction of the winds to the south with more clearings. A trend that still requires confirmation.

A weakness in the anticyclone will allow a disturbance of very low activity to affect us on Saturday with clouds and some rain possible.

And for the Vendée Globe?

The anticyclone will re-inflate for the day of Sunday with, as a result, “dry weather again and more or less cloudy”.
