More than 500 competitors took part in the French D1 championship celebration. The Martinican Angel Gustan won the title of French Champion in the category of over 100 kg.
The Chalon-sur-Saône Colisée vibrated with Angel Gustan, ex-member of the Espoir Caraibes pole and Cam de Rivière-Pilote, now licensed at Montpellier Judo Olympic.
With his 1.97m and 120kg, Angel Gustan performed at the French championships. At the end of two days of competition, he won the title of French champion over 100 kg.
Angel Gustan has 14 years of practice. He started at the age of 7 in Rivière-Pilote, a town located in the south of Martinique. His teachers were not mistaken in detecting the potential.
