A need for investigation. On October 23, 2024, the Paris Police Headquarters launched a call for witnesses, in the context of a case of sexual violence. The objective: identify potential victims of a serial predator. The latter is said to have been active for 10 years in Pantin in Seine-Saint-Denis.
Young teenage girls targeted
According to the press release from the police headquarters, the individual, arrested and incarcerated, had a well-established operating procedure. The latter targeted young pre-teen girls of Asian origin. He followed the victims into building lobbies, stairwells or underground passages. The predator then accused the teenagers of theft, before subjecting them to pat-downs and sexual assault. According to the police headquarters, the individual filmed his sordid acts.
Description of the suspect
The description of the suspect was also communicated, in order to encourage potential victims to come forward. Of the “North African” type, the individual would be of normal build, he was between 25 and 35 years old during the acts committed.
