Ce Thursday October 31, 2024, the gendarmerie of Mauriac received the complaint from the two individuals implicated in the case of the Mauriac burglaries at the beginning of the week.

The 2 adults were attacked at the home of one of them in Mauriac by 2 hooded individuals, during the morning. They knocked on the door, forced their way into the home and assaulted the two victims.

10 day ITT

In the fall, one of the victims fractured and was prescribed a ITT of 10 days.

Quickly identified (recognized by voice), one of the 16-year-old individuals showed up in the afternoon on Thursday knowing he was wanted. He quickly denounced his accomplice, another young man from Mauriac, also 16 years old.

Custody

During police custody, they admitted the acts of assault on the victims. They are presented before the public prosecutor this Saturday, November 2, 2024 and are placed under judicial supervision until the judgment before the children's judge scheduled for early 2025.

Judicial review

For one, control is carried out through PJJ monitoring (Judicial Protection of Youth), a curfew from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. at his mother's home, training or schooling obligation, care obligation, ban on entry in contact with the 2 victims and the co-perpetrator.
