In fact, the commune of Argenteuil immediately hits Hauts-de-Seine, while displaying prices half as high. It also stands out as the fifth largest city in Île-de-, with a dynamic population of approximately 110,387 inhabitantswhich demonstrates strong demand. Cergy

More in the center of the department, the town of has prices barely lower than those of Argenteuil, at a little more than 3 000 €/m². This is a commune which gained more than 50,000 inhabitants between 1980 and 2021. Although further from Paris than other major towns in Val-d'Oise, the Cergy- agglomeration is served by the A 15 motorway as well as an RER A train.
