At the end of November, the inhabitants of the Ile-de-France region will elect their new male representative. The ceremony is organized on Sunday, November 24 in the Le Scarabée performance hall in La Verrière, in . This competition combines charm, elegance and personal commitment for men aged 18 to 30.

Out of 70 applications received by the Mister France Committee of Ile-de-France, 14 were selected, including four from the Essonne department: Arno Consil (22 years old, 1m86), Johnatan Giacalone (26 years old, 1m82), Mehdi Tuillier (22 years old, 1m78) and Volkan Cosar (28 years old, 1m78). Since Thursday October 24, it is possible to vote for your favorite candidate(s) on Hello Asso (online voting at the price of 75 euro cents recorded from October 24, 8 p.m. to November 23, 11:59 p.m.). The public vote counts in part in the final score. Candidates are judged in advance on a general knowledge test and on their behavior during preparation, as well as on their stage presence and their speech on the day.

The dream of a prestigious title

They all have the goal of winning the title of Mister Île-de-France to represent their region during the national Mister France competition, scheduled for Saturday January 25, 2025 at the André-Malreaux theater in Rueil-Malmaison, in Hauts-de-France. Seine.
After a first stage of selection by the Mister France Ile-de-France Committee, the candidates embarked on intensive preparation with photo sessions and preparation workshops in preparation for the election ceremony. Every Saturday, they rehearse as a group to refine their approach, gain confidence, and work on the choreographies for the five parades.

A competition beyond appearances

The Mister France competition, created in 1984 under the name “Monsieur France” and renamed in 1993, has evolved to become more than a beauty contest: “It is a human adventure, where the candidates are accompanied by volunteer experts fashion and entertainment in a caring and educational spirit. » The values ​​focus on personal development, surpassing oneself and enriching encounters for all candidates.
