This is the sad observation of the tragedy that occurred in the peaceful village of Bernolsheim, in Bas-Rhin, where a young man of only 21 years old lost his life in the most atrocious way. A stab wound to the chest in the parking lot of a nightclub. An act of incredible violence that leaves an entire community in shock.
According to a source close to the investigation, the events took place around 5:30 a.m. this Friday. The victim was in the parking lot of the night establishment when a violent altercation broke out for reasons still undetermined at this stage. It was there that an individual allegedly stabbed him fatally in the chest. Despite the rapid intervention of emergency services, the unfortunate young man did not survive his injuries. He died on the spot.

- In Saint-Péray in Ardèche, three young people were shot and injured in front of the Le Seven nightclub. One of them was shot in the head.
- In Poitiers in Vienne, a shooting involving hundreds of people left five injured, including a 15-year-old boy shot in the head. An inter-ethnic brawl against a backdrop of drug trafficking is believed to be at the origin of this violence.
Events which highlight the urgency of action to stem these deadly excesses. Because every life lost is one life too many. And insecurity must not continue to plague our nights and transform party places into bloody arenas.
