The last weekend of the school holidays promises to be busy on the roads. Bison Futé expects traffic difficulties from Thursday October 31, on the eve of All Saints' Day. The day was classified red in Ile-de-France and orange in the rest of the territory in the direction of departures. In the direction of returns, the day is classified in orange throughout France.

In the direction of departures, “Congestion should appear from mid-afternoon and continue until mid-evening”according to forecasts from Bison Futé, which adds that the A1 motorway and the axes of the Mediterranean coast (A7 and A8 motorways) will be mainly affected. In the sense of returns, “traffic will be heavy from mid-afternoon until early evening”particularly in the North-East (A1, A2 and A35) and the South-East (A7, A8 and A50).

Friday is classified green throughout the country in both directions. On Saturday, the Ile-de-France region is in orange in the direction of returns, with difficulties expected in particular on the A10. Finally, Sunday, the day is green everywhere in France, except in the Ile-de-France region where Bison Futé hoists its red flag. The organization warns that traffic is expected to be very heavy on the A6 and A10 motorways.
