Ice creams with flavors from around the world in honor of the 2024 Olympic Games at Glacerie Paris

The sunny days are slow to appear, but that’s no reason not to fall for the frozen novelties from La Glacerie Paris, designed for this spring-summer 2024. As usual, the MOF David Wesmaël combines its pastry know-how with the art of ice cream and reveals a multitude of creations which make us salivate more than each other. With the guideline of this new collectionthe sporting event that will rock the capital all summer long: the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

Starting with the new flavors of ice cream and sorbets, inspired by the 5 continents! To taste by the ball, in a pot or in a cone from July 1 to August 31, 2024 only, we find:

• Europe, a vanilla ice cream flooded withCorsican orangeits juice and its zest, delicately associated with the coriander and at honey from Provence
• America, a dark chocolate ice cream intense from South America associated with cinnamon and almonds grilled and caramelized California
• Asia, a matcha green tea sorbet Japanese with shards of dark chocolate from Vietnam
• Africa, a mango-passion vanilla sorbet from Uganda with a touch of Espelette pepper Basque
• Oceania, a coconut ice cream fresh and grilled with powerful notes of lime and macadamia nuts grilled

David Wesmaël also decided to revisit a great classic of French pastry, the Parisian charlotte invented by Antonin Carême, in an iced version. This version of the frosted fruit charlotte combines a spoon biscuit with vanilla ice cream and different full frosted fruit sorbets. In an individual version (€8.20), it comes in 5 recipes: muroise, mango, raspberry, strawberry and blueberry ! To discover from June 1 to September 15, 2024.
