the essential
As the end of athletics competitions approaches, teams of young athletes continue to shine almost everywhere in the stadiums.

The junior and junior teams defended themselves well during the qualifying round for the national B finals as an Athlé team. Among the youngest girls, we will note the second places of Hermet Emy in the 1,000 m, Anaëlle Soubirou Macalli in the 80 m and triple jump, Léane Ten Sevilla in the javelin and Anna El Achoura in the 50 m hurdles.

Among the youngest, another great victory for Doriann Minaudier Moussairoux in the pole vault and Enzo Villa in the javelin and length. Among the junior boys: first places for Tiago Granereau in the javelin and the pole vault, and Ivan Rey who won the 2,000 m solo.

Among the junior girls, a big success for Eloïse Soulacroix who won in 120 m, 200 m hurdles, length and triathlon.

Zoé Jagueneau and Zélie Caballe won the 1,000 m and the 2,000 m with disconcerting ease, Anna Gireaudeau won in the pole vault, Émilie Martin in the triple jump and the discus by shattering her record, just like Sacha Stabik who is approaching the 40m hammer throw. This minimal team then goes to Niort for its national final 2.

Many deadlines for the Villeneuvois who train in difficult conditions (renovation work on structures, damage following the tornado) but who despite everything manage to raise the level.

Very good performances, a superb atmosphere, great team management: the president of the Villeneuvois stadium Jean-Pierre Schiefer can only be satisfied with the result

And if each performance established by the athletes was important and obtained with courage, we will note the high level results of the girls’ relay teams in the 4 x 100 m with Margaux, Allana, Maëlys, Kelya and in the 4 x 400 m with Élea, Léa , Laure and Marine.

Individually, we will note in particular out of the 65 performances recorded:

Margaux Daroche’s 13s10 over 100m with a great victory,

Elea Aubert in first place in the triple jump with 11m13,

The victory also of Raphael Rimbourg with 45m69 in the discus,

Marine Midekin with 62s64 over 400 m, Noah La Droitte over 200 m with 23s20, the double of Maëlys Soulacroix and Talie Malinge over 100 m hurdles, the victory of Léa Vidal at the height, and the new Aquitaine record holder in his category Patrick Colomar at the 5,000 m walk.

With the great cohesion, there is no doubt that the Stade Villeneuvois Athletics will aim to climb to National 2A next season, and why not host the final on the new structure and athletics track in Villeneuve-sur-Lot.
