Bonsai Culture Expo is a family event taking place at the Parc Floral de every last weekend of October. It is aimed at bonsai enthusiasts as well as beginners, and all lovers of the traditional arts and cultures of Japan.

This year, Bonsai Culture Expo is investing in new pavilions and will be in two parts.

1/ CRAFTS AND CULTURE OF JAPAN: (efree entry: Friday 25, Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 October 2024)
Between the permanent bonsai collection of the Parc Floral de Paris and the traditional Japanese arts pavilion. (Artisans, textiles, sake, shochu, exceptional teas, Kintsugi, Japanese foods, etc.)

2/ BONSAÏ EXPO : (paid entry: Saturday October 26 and Sunday October 27, 2024)
Four pavilions make up the Expo section, with demonstrations from international experts, a high-level exhibition, bonsai sellers and ceramicists from all over Europe, books and magazines on bonsai and much more…

The show welcomes, straight from Ibaraki, not far from Tokyo, Adam JONES of TREE HOUSE BONSAIthe first non-Japanese to establish a bonsai nursery in Japan after his full training. He is a member of the Nippon Bonsai Association. He will perform a demonstration (Saturday and Sunday) on shinpaku (Chinese juniper) from the permanent collection of the Parc Floral de Paris.
