Motorists who would like to reach Laval from the island of Montreal will have to be patient once again since asphalting work and repairs to certain wheel plows will cause the closure of the Papineau-Leblanc bridge and a portion of the bridge. Highway 19 this weekend.

Highway 19 southbound between Highway 440 and Henri-Bourassa Boulevard and northbound between Henri-Bourassa and de la Concorde boulevards will be completely closed from Friday 10 p.m. to Monday 4:30 a.m.

To transit between Montreal and Laval, road users will be able to take the Médéric-Martin bridge (A-15) or the Pie-IX bridge (R-125), the Ministry of Transport said Thursday in a press release.

The Île-aux-Tourtes bridge will be closed between Vaudreuil-Dorion and Senneville from Friday 11:59 p.m. to Monday 5 a.m. Work planned for Thursday night on the eastbound bridge has been canceled.

Thursday evening hindrances

Two out of three lanes will be closed on Highway 13 northbound between Henri-Bourassa and Samson boulevards, including the Louis-Bisson bridge, from Thursday 10:30 a.m. to Friday 3:30 a.m.

Three out of four lanes will be closed on Highway 15 southbound between Cartier and Henri-Bourassa boulevards, including the Médéric-Martin bridge from Thursday 11 p.m. to Friday 4 a.m.

The Pie-IX bridge will be completely closed in the north direction from Thursday 10 p.m. to Friday 5 a.m.
