They briefly explained that they had planned their elopement to go “dropshipping”.

Tuesday, May 21 in the morning, three teenagers leave their home in Pont-de-Chéruy to go to college. But they will never cross the gates of the establishment. Noticing their absence, the college management informed the parents of the three students. The latter are astonishing. While the three teenagers remained untraceable, the police were informed at midday.

Immediately, the investigators managed to geolocate them with their mobile phone in Torcy, near Le Creusot (Saône-et-Loire).

According to the first elements of the investigation, the trio would have been approached by an individual promising them to earn easy money.

At the same time, and on the instructions of the Vienna public prosecutor’s office, they were included in the wanted persons file.

The trio’s escape did not last long since all three were found during a police check in Paris on Wednesday May 22 afternoon. For the moment, we do not know the circumstances of this inspection. In the coming hours, they should be returned to their parents.

The three boys should not spare a hearing in order to better understand the circumstances and motivations of this escapade.
