This Sunday, at 3 p.m., at the Casseneuil nautical base, a throwing of white flowers will take place to pay tribute to the children who died too soon.
This annual day of gathering, organized by FREM, “Making sick children dream”, of which Alexia Dubost-Malbec is the president, will be an opportunity to, all together, throw white flowers into the sky, in order to remember, each in our way, that these angels fought in vain against illness.
Thanks to the precious and voluntary help of “Au coin fleur”, based in Casseneuil, each Villeneuvois present will be given a white flower and then sent to the sky. Everyone will also be able to receive a personalized pastry, with a name, a ribbon for example, thanks to the kindness of “Pâtisserie de Sandrine”, located in a place called Guirautou in Monflanquin, which ardently supports this event.
Hoping that the weather will be good this Sunday, everyone who may feel concerned, from near or far, is expected at the Casseneuil nautical station, Quai de Gabarres to reflect or quite simply to support the bereaved families from near or far. At the same time, the same event will take place in Angres (62) and Sélestat (57), where the FREM association is also actively based.
