The Government Council, meeting on Friday under the chairmanship of the Head of Government, Aziz Akhannouch, adopted a series of draft decrees, presented by the Minister Delegate to the Minister of Economy and Finance, in charge of the Budget, Fouzi Lekjaa.
Thus, the Council approved draft decree No. 2.24.960 suspending the collection of the tariff of import duties applicable to virgin olive oil and extra virgin olive oil, as well as the draft of Decree No. 2.24.961 amending Decree No. 2.24.064 of 13 Rajab 1445 (January 25, 2024) suspending the collection of the tariff of import duties applicable to domestic cattle, indicates, Saturday, a press release from the delegated ministry responsible for Relations with Parliament, government spokesperson.
This also concerns the approval of draft decree No. 2.24.962 suspending the collection of the tariff of import duties applicable to domestic sheep, as well as draft decree No. 2.24.963 suspending the collection of the tariff of import duties applicable to the meat of domestic animals of the bovine, sheep, caprine and camelid species, it is specified.
