The French ambassador to Morocco, Christophe Lecourtier, recently visited the Institute of Aeronautical Professions (IMA), in the presence of several key players in the sector.

Lecourtier was accompanied by the president of the Groupement des Industries Marocaines Aéronautiques et Spatiales (GIMAS), Adil Jalali, and the management of the Aerospace Moroccan Cluster.

This meeting highlighted ongoing efforts to strengthen partnerships between and Morocco in the aeronautics industry.

This merger is part of a desire to consolidate exchanges and develop opportunities for innovation and training in this strategic sector.

This visit also marks the renewal of the partnership between GIMAS and the French Institute of Morocco, under the direction of Maria El Filali, general director of GIMAS, and Agnès Humruzian, director of the French Institute. This partnership aims to strengthen cooperation in talent training and stimulate innovation, thus affirming Morocco’s central role in global aeronautics.
