The accident caused traffic difficulties this Friday, October 18, in the morning, on the dual carriageway near the Aizenay bypass (Vendée), route de Challans. Around 7:30 a.m., a pileup occurred between three cars.
Firefighters, police and road management on site
Quickly, around ten firefighters from the Aizenay and La Roche-sur-Yon fire and rescue centers, the gendarmes and the roads department were sent to the scene. Emergency services treated four victims, two classified as « urgence relative » and two “unharmed”.
All were transported to the Vendée hospital center. Traffic was disrupted while emergency services and law enforcement intervened.
