Since the beginning of the monthOctober 2024a new show, called The best regional cuisineis broadcast on M6 Monday to Friday at 5:30 p.m. THE Wednesday October 23, 2024viewers will be able to discover the images shot in a restaurant of Morbihan.

Installed in Pleucadeuc since July 2020Emilie and Davy Larzillière hosted teams from the M6 ​​television channel in their restaurant, La Maison du Puits. “The filming took place on 10 avril 2024 for a whole day. A team of around thirty people was present in the establishment,” remembers Emilie.

On that day, the one who started as a clerk in starred restaurants at the age of 15 must have seduced the two-starred chef Yoann Conte and Norbert Tarayre. Having the two chefs taste the dishes was a “nervous and stressful” moment for the restaurateur couple.

For the needs of the show, Davy Larzillière produced appetizers, a starter and a main course. For this, the chef used “local regional products”, explains Emilie without revealing more. The concept of the show is to highlight “the traditions of the regions,” she explains.

For the dishes, everything had to be ready for tasting. The recipes had been prepared beforehand.

“A crazy experience” for the couple of restaurateurs

A few days before the television broadcast, the couple is in a hurry to discover the result of a day and a half of filming. “We can’t wait to relive this day, but there is also an element of stress. We hope that this will provide a nice communication boost for our restaurant,” announces Emilie.

“They were the ones who asked us to participate in this show. It was a crazy experience with two great encounters,” adds the restaurateur.

We had a great connection with Yoann Conte, he’s a chef we really like. We were very afraid of his judgment.
