“Support green alternatives 2”. The call for projects “Supporting green alternatives 2”, the specifications of which were approved in April 2023, will be closed early on October 31 instead of December 31, 2024, a decree announces. Launched by the State as part of 2030 and entrusted to the Banque des Territoires for its operational implementation, this call for projects, endowed with €25 million, aimed to amplify the ecological transformation of cultural and creative enterprises including those concerning heritage, architecture or arts and crafts.

Nominations

Interministerial delegate to the Olympic and Paralympic Games. Pierre-Antoine Molina is appointed interministerial delegate to the Olympic and Paralympic Games, position created by decree of October 14, 2024 in particular to manage the legacy of the 2024 edition and prepare for that of 2030. He is also entrusted with the mission of interministerial delegate to major sporting events.

Matignon. The cabinet of Michel Barnier, Prime Minister, is expanding with several members, including Sandrine Robert, environmental advisor, in the environment, energy, transport and housing division; and Julie Leroy, work, employment and professional training advisor, at the work, employment, integration, pensions center.

DDT. Jean-François Hou, departmental director of territories (DDT) of Aube, Arnaud Revel, DDT of Haut-Rhin and Nicolas Rougier, deputy DDT of Rhône, are renewed in their positions for one year.

Raphaël Guillet, chief engineer of bridges, waters and forests, is appointed departmental director of territories and the sea (DDTM) of Finistère, for four years. Luc Féret, senior public works engineer of the State, becomes DDTM of the North, and Emmanuel Frison, principal administrative officer of the State, takes up the functions of deputy DDTM of Charente-Maritime, also for four years.

Ademe. Frédéric Ravel, on the proposal of the minister responsible for research, and Sylvie Escande-Vilbois, on the proposal of the minister responsible for housing, are appointed members of the board of directors of Ademe as representatives of the State. They replace Stéphane Grandjean and Hélène Peskine respectively.
