The tragedy occurred on the night of Friday October 11 to Saturday October 12, and more precisely around 12:40 a.m., in the town of Mitry-Moryin the north of Seine-et-Marne.
While he was traveling along avenue Jean-Baptiste Clément, riding a scooter Yamaha TMAX, a young man from 24 ans would have collided head-on with the vehicle in front of it, a Renault Twingo, as it was beginning a left turn.
Ongoing investigation
After this violent impact, the victim allegedly hit a tree. Despite the fact that he wore a helmet at the time of the facts, the motorcyclist was died instantly. For his part, the driver of the Twingo, aged 21, was taken into police custody, but his alcohol and drug tests revealed negative.
