Nearly a million euros worth of valuables stolen

After this phone call, the criminals indicated that they were going to send a team of couriers mandated by the bank to the retiree’s home in order to recover his bank card and put an end to the irregular transactions. Arriving at the octogenarian’s home, the criminals noticed the numerous valuable possessions. They seized the goods under the pretext of having to protect them in the bank’s safe. Thus, the network seized before the victim’s eyes 14 Persian rugs whose value is between 50,000 and 100,000 euros each, as well as an elephant tusk estimated at 70,000 euros.

After taking the victim’s bank card, the network of fake bank advisors made several purchases with it. The damage is estimated at nearly one million euros. After an immediate appearance hearing, the six defendants were placed under judicial supervision. The case was adjourned until November 15.
