Located on the old market square and on neighboring land acquired by the municipality, it is made up of an association hall, rental housing managed by Habitat Dauphinois, a multi-service business, 2 other commercial premises occupied by a psychologist and a pedestrian square.
This 2,163,702 euro project was financed by self-financing, by a loan of €110,000 and by grants.
Two new projects
Thierry Lermet thanked the representatives of the State, the region, the general council and the community of municipalities for their financial support. He thanked the village associations for taking full ownership of the place and organizing numerous events there.
The municipality offered a bouquet of flowers to Sandrine Parisot and her daughter Chloé, co-managers of the Saint-D multiservice and to Valérie Roux psychologist for their dynamism. Two new projects will reinforce the attractiveness of this ensemble. The old grocery store located on the same square will house the library and the postal agency in the fall.
Work to create a large adjacent green space will begin soon.
