Cherbourg-en-Cotentin. The Antiques Fair returns during Ascension weekend

The antiques and old books fair returns for the second year in a rowin the Jean XXIII room, in the Maupas district, in Cherbourg-en-Cotentin (Manche), on Ascension weekend.

After fifteen years of absencethe Cherbourg residents were happy to find the manifestation and in view of the successthe organizers have renewed the event.

Twelve exhibitors will be present for four days to share their passion and present the latest discoveries.

“Some exhibitors clear out houses or attics”

“ We will answer all visitors’ questions who want to sell objects, some exhibitors clear out houses or attics, this is an opportunity to make contact” explains Rémi Yon, from the old bookstore, located rue Maréchal Foch, in Cherbourg (Manche).

All styles will be represented

You will find what satisfy all tastes and desireswith some old furniture And modern (of the converted industrialist), of the dishes, of the household items, of the trinkets, of the old carpets And contemporaries, of the toys and old games and the 20th century.

Art lovers will be able to find of the specialized exhibitors in the paintings of regional painters and of little masters, as well as in ancient bronzes. You will also find books, maps and old engravings.
