Disappearance of Lina, 15, in Bas-Rhin: these places where the teenager’s body could be found

But where did it go? Lina ? On September 23, 2023, the 15-year-old teenager vanished while walking to the Saint-Blaise-la-Roche station, in Bas-Rhin. Originally from Plaine, the teenager had to take the 12:05 p.m. train to Strasbourg. She planned to meet her 19-year-old boyfriend, Tao, there for an afternoon of shopping. Unfortunately, she never arrived at her destination. And almost eight months later, the investigation by the Strasbourg research section is stalling.

The task promises to be all the more complex for investigators as there are numerous places where Lina could be found. The young woman could firstly be in a forest. Indeed, on the day of her disappearance, while she was going to the Saint-Blaise-la-Roche station, the teenager walked along a forest. And it is next to this that his trace was definitively lost. But for now, the searches have not confirmed that his body was in the woods.

Diverse and varied places

A few minutes from where Lina disappeared there is also a pond, frequented by surrounding fishermen. The latter were questioned by investigators, and the lake was probed, without results for the moment. However, the hypothesis has not been ruled out.

Investigators also considered another terrible theory. They thus have searched the dumpsters at the recycling center of Saint-Blaise-La-Roche, putting forward the idea that Lina’s body could have been deposited there. But they didn’t find any clues.

What if Lina had gotten into a car? On the day of his disappearance, an octogenarian would indeed have saw the teenager in a vehicle. The latter, who knew the man, even said hello to him, without showing signs of panic or fear. Next to him would have been a bearded driver. Many cars were searched, without finding the slightest trace of the missing person.
