The Odyssi company continues its temporary cuts in the urban community of central Martinique. This is in particular “due to difficulties in supplying its tanks due to a drop in resources” explains the distributor. Many neighborhoods are still impacted this weekend.
Farmer Odyssi plans new interruptions on its network between Saturday May 4, 2024 (8 p.m.) and Monday 6 (8 p.m.). Several neighborhoods in the 4 central municipalities (Schoelcher, Fort-de-France, Lamentin and Saint-Joseph) are affected.
From Saturday May 4, (8 p.m.) to Sunday May 5, (8 p.m.) at Lamentin and Saint-Joseph:
- (Jambette L’étang reservoir) : Jambette Gondeau – Fond Epingles – Petit Paradis-Palmiste – La Treize – Habitation Gondeau-Balleu – Bois Neuf – La Favorite – Gondeau Montrose – La Hubert.
- (Bois-Neuf Reservoir) : Bois-neuf – Housing development Jambette – Habitation La Favorite – Ermitage Gommier.
From Sunday May 5, 2024 (8 p.m.) to Monday May 6 (8 p.m.), in Fort-de-France and Schoelcher:
- Route des Religeuses – Ste-Thérèse – Vieux Habitants – Haut du Port – Religious Saite-Thérèse.
- (Almont Reservoir) : Terreville, Grand Village, Enclosure.
- (Norley Reservoir) : Anse Colas, Fond Lahayé.
On its website and social networks, Odyssi specifies to subscribers the other reasons for implementing this water restriction schedule.
Due to: * A request to limit water production at its Durand plant; * A failure to supply its tanks by the SME; * A limitation of production at the Vivé factory.
The operator “asks his subscribers to kindly excuse him for these restrictions, which are beyond his control.”
