This Saturday morning, the organizers officially launched the 7th edition of the event. It is possible to discover, or rediscover, the famous local cheese through its different versions. From the classic to the most refined, they all seem to find their audience, sometimes even beyond our regional borders. This is confirmed by a group of women, members of the Valais peasant association, who came here to “share the values ​​of the earth and simplicity”, they detail with joy. buses stop in front of the Tête de Moine house. Here and there we hear different foreign languages ​​spoken. At lunchtime, in one and the same language, visitors flock to taste the variety of dishes decorated with Tête de Moine.

The activities offered also find their audience. From milking, to cheese making, to the giant fondue, young and old alike will rejoice. Malia is seven years old, she came to “take a walk and eat Tête de Moine”. As for Niilo, five years old, he remembers the wide variety of animals present there.
