Jonathan Negre was known for its outdoor pastry city ​​center from La Brède, in Gironde, now for sale, but it is with his French Culinary School that he now operates. An activity that he is now turning towards Asia and more particularly China.

A special dessert for French-Chinese friendship

For the 60 years of Franco-Chinese friendship this year, Jonathan Nègre is working with a wine exporter of Chinese origin, Crystal, to create a special dessert : the Manni’s Journey.

This dessert connotes a Chinese influence both thanks to the colors (red, yellow), that at the texture with a choux pastry biscuit reminiscent of Asian pastries in its soft consistency.
