Its creation has just been validated by the Department which wishes to encourage middle school students to become more involved in the life of their community. The structure will be open to 4th grade students, made up of 23 equal pairs, one for each canton. Their mandate will be 2 years. The official installation of the CDJ is announced for the end of the year (November or December). In addition to regular video meetings within 5 thematic commissions, plenary sessions will be organized twice a year at the Hôtel du Département.
