For the sake of information and planning for users, here is the list of State services in Côte-d’Or which will be exceptionally closed on Friday May 10, 2024. This temporary closure concerns several important institutions, necessary for various procedures administrative.

The main entities affected by this measure are the Prefecture as well as the Sub-prefectures of Beaune and Montbard. These structures, essential for local administration, will therefore be inaccessible during this period.

In addition, the Departmental Directorate of Territories (DDT), the Departmental Directorate of Employment, Labor and Solidarity (DDETS), and the Departmental Directorate of Population Protection (DDPP) will also be closed. These organizations play a central role in the implementation of public policies and in the protection of citizens, thus justifying the importance of their accessibility.

This exceptional closure also concerns several regional entities such as the Regional Directorate of Cultural Affairs of Burgundy-Franche-Comté (DRAC), the Regional Directorate of Food, Agriculture and Forestry of Burgundy-Franche-Comté (DRAAF ), as well as the Regional Directorate for the Environment, Planning and Housing of Burgundy-Franche-Comté (DREAL).

In addition, the Regional Directorates of Economy, Employment, Labor and Solidarity of Burgundy-Franche-Comté (DREETS) will also be affected by this closure.

Finally, the Rectorate of the Dijon Academy and the national education services of Côte-d’Or will also be closed. This measure aims to ensure the smooth running of administrative operations while taking into account the organizational needs of these educational institutions.
