After that of Bourg-sur-Gironde in 2022, will a new Gironde bakery win the competition for “The best bakery in France”, broadcast on M6? From May 6 to 10, there will be in any case eight Girondins, out of the ten selected candidates, to compete during the 18e week of the show, dedicated to the Bordeaux region. Every evening, at 6:30 p.m., two bakeries will face each other in a duel consisting of four events.
Monday May 6, Dimitri and Soria from Le Meunier de Courréjean in Villenave-d’Ornon will face Nicole and Dominique, from the D. Marcheix bakery, in Bègles.
Wednesday May 8, a 100% Bordeaux duel will see a team made up of Jean-Christophe, Dimitri and Astrid, representatives of the Terres de Beaulieu bakery, and Paul and Julie from Paul Merry.
The next day, it’s time for Stéphane, William and Julien from Fournil de Créon. They will be opposed to Xavier, representative of Maison Desre, in Libourne.
Finally, the day of Friday May 10 will be dedicated to candidates from the Arcachon basin. Yan and Soria will compete for the Pirelon bakery in Arcachon against Gaëtan and Pascal du Bellis, in Gujan-Mestras.
