Greg Northcott
Gregory Northcott has over 20 years of experience in the engineering, construction and environmental services industries. Gregory has held numerous strategic positions, including Executive Vice President at MasTec Canada Inc. and Director of Operations at WSP Canada Inc. His expertise in strategic planning, operational excellence and results optimization has led to significant improvements in client engagement, profitability and cash generation. Gregory is recognized for his leadership in major infrastructure projects across the Canadapromoting a culture of safety and inclusiveness.
Terry Lefebvre
Terry Lefebvre is a seasoned finance professional with a wealth of experience in leveraging digital transformation to drive profitability and growth. He also has significant experience in M&A and integration, which will be critical to our Group as it pursues an active organic and external growth policy. Previously, Terry served as Interim CFO at WSP Canada and as an Executive Consultant at CTL Consulting. His ability to build interactive digital financial reporting tools and streamline operations has led to substantial improvements in profitability. Terry’s leadership in finance and operations will be critical to improving the financial health and business performance of Egis in North America.
