An unfortunate accident costing the life of a SWDE worker took place this Thursday afternoon in Remicourt. Indeed, while he was working on a pipeline repair site, a worker saw an excavator fall on him, costing him his life, as reported by our colleagues at Sudinfo.
“The victim went down into the trench to do his work. Nearby, a small excavator tipped forward, and the earth could not hold it. As it fell, the construction vehicle hit the worker, who unfortunately lost his life.“, explains Pascale Malderez, press magistrate for the labor auditor.
