There were about twenty members of the Association of Young Acrobats (AJA) gymnastics of Montaigu who attended the general meeting of their club on Saturday. It is chaired by Caroline Fièvre and has 340 members spread over 32 municipalities.
80% are girls and 20% are boys, supervised by three qualified and salaried coaches: Adeline Bihan, Dwayn Keraudren, Coleen Parpaillon,
specifies the president. AJA gymnastics participated in 36 competitions and reached 93 podiums.
43% of licensees are registered in individual or team competitions, and 57% in leisure.
For the next season, the AJA gym is diversifying its offering with the opening, for adults, of a gym strengthening activity and a gym health activity.
Our club, which aims to be anchored in community life, will continue to participate in sporting and cultural events: the Nantes to Montaigu trail, the World Cup, the Fête de la Musique in June and the National Day on July 14th,”
notes the president.
A major investment will also have to be considered with the renewal of the foam platform in the center of the room with a spring platform. Mickaël Ydier joins the board of directors.
