January 23 is apparently World Loneliness Day. We have a thought for Emmanuel Macron and Olaf Scholz. Yesterday, the American S&P 500 index reached a new record during the session at 6,100 points. Europe politely follows suit. The promises of artificial intelligence have once again swept away everything in their path, in a context where company results are rather buoyant and where inflationary fears are relegated to the background, at least in the short term.
