The winter break is over, the dining market returns to Rennes for the first time in this year 2025. The last date dates back to November 3, 2024. For 2025, the first appointment is given. This will be the Sunday February 2, from 11 a.m.
This year’s dates and themes
If for this new edition, there is still a a little too early to know the restaurateurs participants and their menus, the Marché à manger has already revealed the dates of all the 2025 editions, as well as the associated themes:
- February 2: We’re back!
- March 2: Rennes vs Saint-Malo Dinard
- April 6: Rennes vs Vannes
- May 4: World cuisines
- June 1: Rennes vs Brest
- 6 juillet : Tex-Mex & BBQ
- September 7: 100% sausages
- October 5: Rennes vs Nantes
- November 2: Rennes vs Brittany

The principle always remains the same: restaurateurs offer easy to eat dishes at very reasonable prices in the middle of La Criée-Marché Central and on Place Honoré Commeurec, in the city center.
Of the free meals are provided for students. It’s necessary bring your own containers and the organization encourages you to favor public transport (bus and metro) or cycling.
