Les Ateliers du Possible are very happy to start this new year with an exhibition that will be original, bold and elegant from February 8 to 23. With “Recycler donne des Elles”, three women artists, Elisabeth Hettema, Pauline Monnet, and Christelle Garrigue, address the subject of ecology through photographic works, installations created with abandoned materials, dresses and accessories. art entirely made from recycled tea bags. Professional photographer artist since 2012, Elisabeth presents a style imbued with softness and authenticity mainly in natural light. She sells her art photographs at the Ateliers du Possible gallery or at her workshop/studio. Visual artist and videographer by training, Pauline Monnet often describes herself as a “Rubbish Designer”. For more than 10 years she has been recovering and transforming discarded materials to transform them into fashion accessories through the eco-design brand she created in 2010, “La Reyclette”.
Christelle Garrigue, for her part, imagines paintings and all kinds of works of art by cutting out models from magazines and dressing them in dresses made from tea bags. The opening will be held on Friday February 7 from 7 p.m. As usual, the members of the Atelier are happy to welcome you to introduce you to the artists and their works that they exhibit in their premises at 36 Grand Rue.
