Brussels: bereaved, the Varia theater temporarily closes its doors

Mohamadou Niane, stage manager at Varia, “was an essential person and unifier of the technical team for around thirty years”, shared the stage center on its website and social networks. Very affected by the sudden news of this death, the entire theater team will take the time to reflect, in order to “give room to [son] immense sadness.”

Mohamadou Niane was the stage manager of a technical team of 10 members. Varia has a total of around thirty workers, from management to ticketing to cultural mediation.
