Björk is preparing to make headlines again with the release of her film “Cornucopia”. Returning to the Icelandic artist’s last tour, the musical film should be screened in several cinemas in France from March 2025. It should also be available on the Apple platform.
With his recognizable voice among a thousand, his artistic madness and his inimitable songs, Björk is undoubtedly one of the most gifted and fascinating artists of her generation. Almost 60 years old, the Icelandic singer continues to innovate and push the boundaries of electronic, pop and avant-garde music. Björk is also known for its multiple fights in favor of the environment. Highlighting Greta Thunberg’s commitments during her last tour, Björk recently placed ecology at the heart of a sound installation, “ Nature Manifesto », presented at the Center Pompidou in Paris.
This year, fans of Björk can have a smile, since the film by the Icelandic artist, “Cornucopia“, will indeed be visible on the big screen at movie theater. In an interview with the newspaper Le Monde, Björk reveals that the film of his tour “Cornucopia” should be released in several French theaters, with the program ” a series of projections » from March 2025. The film “Cornucopia” should also be available on the Apple platform.
The film of this concert, captured during the show given in Lisbon, Portugal, in September 2023, will therefore look back on this incredible musical adventure that was “Cornucopia“. It was in May 2019, in New York, that this spectacular tour of the Nordic singer began. Crossing North America, Europe, Oceania as well as Asia, Björk gave a total of 45 shows. Thanks to a breathtaking scenography and outfits just as sumptuous as the others, designed in particular by Olivier Rousteing, Iris van Herpen, Manish Arora, Yuhan Wang and Noir Kei Ninomiya, Björk received the award for Best Live Performer for the tour”Cornucopia” at the AIM Awards in 2023.

In 2025, it will therefore be possible to dive back into this tour, thanks to the release of the film in cinemas.
