The Uber application has unveiled its 2024 rankings, relayed by Le Parisien, of cities where passengers are highest rated.
Uber, a specialist in connecting with VTC drivers, has revealed its ranking of cities where passengers are best rated.
Customers are not the only ones who can rate drivers, the reverse is also done, giving a representation of passenger behavior in France.
Who are the best Uber passengers in France?
The cities of Troyes and Limoges come jointly at the top of the ranking with an average score of 4.97 out of 5, dethroning Perpignan which came first in 2023.
Perpignan comes in second position this year alongside Avignon with an average of 4.96.

Who are the worst Uber passengers in France?
Unsurprisingly, it is the French capital, Paris, which comes at the bottom of the ranking with an average of 4.84 compared to 4.81 in 2023.
However, Gil, voted best passenger in France with an average of 5 out of 5 for Paris and its suburbs, lives in Paris, as Le Parisien recalls. Gil has made more than 400 trips in 2024.
“I like taking the time to talk with the drivers, I find it very pleasant. I am very sociable, I like to be interested in others and I often improvise by talking about music from the 1980s for example,” he explains to Uber.
