With shows by Christelle Chollet and Erick Baert, it’s almost the weekend of laughter in Lourdes

In different towns, such as Bagnères-de-Bigorre or Saint-Gaudens, the laughter festival is an unmissable event. In Lourdes, there is no event of this type but, this weekend, it will be just like… Two artists and comedians with growing notoriety will perform at the Robert Hossein space: Christelle Chollet with her new show ” Reconditioned”, Friday January 24 at 8:30 p.m. (€35), and the 100-voice imitator Erick Baert, Saturday January 25 at 8:30 p.m. (29 €).

High quality programming made possible thanks to the company “DL Spectacles”, organizer of the Saint-Gaudens laughter festival, and directed by Didier Lacau: “I have been in this profession for 30 years. The Robert Hossein space in Lourdes is a superb venue for stand-up and comedy, due to its acoustics and proximity to the public. In general, we schedule several dates there per year. There is the weekend of laughter coming up, so. , but also Booder who will come to play his show at the school on October 24th.”

Christelle Chollet, Friday January 24

“A Christelle that you have never seen in the shoes of Nabilou the influencer, Ferdinand the bull, a sexual predator, a music teacher, a love coach, a DJ and hits repackaged with Chollet sauce… Sketches, madness and rock’n’roll, Christelle Chollet brings out her claws, accompanied by her faithful musicians.” This is how “Reconditioned”, her new show, is presented. “Christelle Chollet is an artist who has a knack for it, continues Didier Lacau. She does humor, sings, imitates… It’s a very dynamic show!”

Note that this show, like that of Erick Baert, will be preceded by a first part honoring young comedians who are just starting out “but with a lot of merit”. In partnership with the Big’Or Talents association, Sophie Belvisi will perform on stage on January 24 while Pierre Divertito, already at the third venue Amassa de Lourdes, will provide the opening act the next day.

Erick Baert, Saturday January 25

The public and the press describe him as an extraterrestrial, an imitation UFO… By that, mean an “unidentifiable vocal organ”! “This is the first time that Erick Baert will perform in the Hautes-Pyrénées, presents Didier Lacau. He is one of the best French impersonators with more than a hundred voices in his repertoire. His comedy concert is truly worth seeing.”

For one evening, you will be able to experience both the concerts of Johnny Hallyday, Coldplay, Dire Straits, ZZ Top, Céline Dion, The Cure, Julien Doré, Benjamin Biolay and Dépêche Mode… Voices and gestures combined to perfection, all with a lot of humor.
