Twinned with the Italian town of Agliana, Mallemort likes to highlight Italian culture in the spotlight for a week. Of January 17 to 31, several events will allow you to (re)discover this border country.

Tuesday January 21
16h : “Let’s cook together” with Magali on the theme of Italy. Share this moment of conviviality by participating in the preparation and also in the tasting of the dishes that will be prepared during this evening. At the cultural center (Espace LIP).
Friday January 24
20h : Concerto Italiano. Come (re)discover the most beautiful Italian songs performed by the internationally renowned artist Antonio Lannocca. Its repertoire will be composed of essential Italian singers, not all known in France, such as Lucio Battisti, Biagio Antonacci, Zucchero, Nek, Gianna Nannini, Paolo Conte, Eros Ramazzotti.
Also find singers of the moment, at the top of Italian hits! We will find for example: Tommaso Paradiso, Pinguini Tattici Nucleari, Marco Mengoni, Ultimo, Tananai, Fedez or even The Kolors.
Before the concert, the public will be able to discover a preview of the collective work created by a brand new collective of Mallemortais artists. The creation was named Quattrocento.

The media library is organizing an exhibition of different Italian documents: novels, recipe books, tourist guides, books on history and geography… Without forgetting a presentation of the twinning with Agliana and its objectives.
