Ridley Scott had to struggle to convince the studios to cast Harrison Ford in Blade Runner

Timothée Chalamet was fined after arriving at the London premiere of “A Complete Unknown” on an electric bike.

The 29-year-old actor, who stars in the Bob Dylan biopic, used a paid vehicle to get to the BFI Southbank in time for the event on Tuesday. For good reason, his car had been stuck in traffic. However, his mode of transportation earned him a small financial penalty after failing to park the bike properly.

Asked about his mode of transport on the Quotidien show, Timothée told host Yann Romain Barthes: “The idea is that I have no idea… there was a traffic jam and in fact I was not allowed to park there and was fined £65.”

Photos of Timothée on his mud-covered Lime bike at the premiere went viral, prompting the “Wonka” star to joke that getting a fine was even more horrible for that reason.

Speaking in French, he continued: “And actually, it’s horrible because it was an advertisement for them.”

At the premiere, the actor cycled down the red carpet before getting off his bike to put down the kickstand after several failed attempts. He then took out his phone and attempted to end his ride through the company’s app.
