  • Terrenoire & the Orchester du Nouveau Monde present: protégé.e
    Friday January 24 at 9 p.m. – Studio 104

Event ! On the occasion of the Hyper Weekend Festival, Terrenoire will play his new album, protected, in full on the day of its release! He will be accompanied by the Orchester du Nouveau Monde to offer a new version of the pieces proposed by an ensemble of 22 musicians on stage. This meeting between the group and the Orchestra resonates with their social and political commitments, at the center of the new album, and the appearance of orchestral motifs in the new production of this one.

  • Noé Preszow “Rock around Renaud: 50 years of angry songs Friday January 24 at 10:45 p.m. – Studio 104

2025: Here we are going to celebrate 50 years of songs by Mister Renaud, where sometimes the devious fox has infiltrated to build a unique repertoire in French song. A work that has inspired successive generations of artists and rappers. Renaud, 50 years old? Now the HWF has decided to celebrate his birthday… With a young singer from the land of rain, comics and Johnny. Noé Preszow grew up in the light of the songs of the yellow-haired moth. Noé Preszow will therefore set out to restore to our Renaud, singer of a citizen, republican and fraternal France, the strength of his origins. A Renaud “rock around the rock”. This blessed time when black jackets, hooligans, newsboys and AC/DC fans gathered in the front row of his concerts, making agit-prop a philosophy of life… His songs, which have become classics, have left an imprint indelible on the French music scene, while continuing to inspire with their social commitment and their freedom of tone.

  • Thug “Henri Salvador is a Thug”
    Sunday January 26 at 10:10 p.m. – Studio 104

Thug is present this year as the mastermind behind an original creation which will celebrate the immense repertoire of Henri Salvador. You just need to have listened carefully to the albums of Thug to spontaneously understand the intimate correspondences between the artist and the one who claims to be the inventor of bossa nova. Brazilian music and the sensual groove of bossa will therefore irrigate this creation. But not only that. Thug will also endeavor to revive the textual power of Monsieur Henri’s songs. Thugin his latest album “Les Kingdoms Minuscules”, where the music seems to envelop us like a warm embrace, merges his modern universe with the playful and refined spirit of Salvador. By revisiting Salvador’s songs, Thug combines his sensitive and poetic style with the musical heritage of the legendary artist.
